Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-20 days not in stock, it is according to your order quantity and requirements.

Q4: Can I get a sample?

Yes,of course. We can provide samples for free but you need to accept the shipping fee.

 

Q5: Can I design my own design according to the product?

Yes, of course.Free designs and logo print are available, but if is the special design we have to charge you the mold fee. After achieved certain quantity the mold expense can return.

 

Q6: How about you ensure the quality of my order ?

Our factory have advanced testing equipment, before the every product leave the factory, we will test. We can send samples to you, you can test the quality, and if you accept the sample quality we can offer: the follow-up order’s quality will be the same as the sample.

 

Q7: How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

 

Q8: How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.

 

Q9: Producing time?
Normally 15-20 days after confirmed order and deposit.
